Returns
You have 30 days from the receipt date to return products purchased from The Blueline. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the product, plus any applicable taxes excluding shipping costs. The item(s) returned must include a receipt number as proof of purchase.
The following items may not be returned or exchanged:
- Laundered or previously worn garments
- Game Worn and Game Used items
- Publications
- Personalized jerseys
To ensure your return or exchange is processed promptly, please follow these procedures:
- To return or exchange an item, send via UPS, Certified US Mail, or FedEX to: The Blueline
- Include completed Return/Exchange Form
- For your protection, we recommend that you insure the returned items for the full amount and/or select a trackable shipping method. The Blueline is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original card used to make the purchase.
